You would only find them as used in the stores and EB would have opened them as well when they were released. I imported my copies from the UK as they worked out to be cheaper. I've yet to play the game

I remember seeing a copy of BPE in GAME shortly after release, it was still sealed as all their new games are. I didn't buy it because I already had a US copy. Wish I had though.

Managed to then pick up a sealed Deluxe Edition from the US later on.
