fishy dark souls promotional items

I have personally contacted LDS, and the artist herself mentioned that they are a limited run.
Now there was no indication that it would only be 1 run (or limited to 1 run) but at the time (about 2 months ago) she mentioned that they usually do an average of 100 or so for each limited run and they are done for promotional purposes/etc.

the items are legit (at least the Mirror Knight) for sure. How they are getting so many, I'm not sure.
