Getting mine from Ubisoft shop together with the Eizo Figurine. They did mess up the date for the figurine on my order, which their awful support couldn't help me with and tried to forward me to their technical support, which off course couldn't help me.
I finally got an answer from Ubisoft Nordic via Facebook, that the figurine will be ready for game launch. It's the second time I've been in contact with Ubisoft Shop support, the first time I tried to get them to find out, if the White Edition Encyclopedia could be added to the Ubisoft Shop. I might as well asked them in ... Klingon, because the ladies at Ubisoft Shop support clearly doesn't know anything past the FAQ and can't be bothered to investigate anything. So to sum it up. If you need anything from Ubisoft Shop support, don't expect them to read your mails and prepare for standard replies.
