I was wondering that myself. Perhaps they just changed the interior to hold four discs instead of three, which wouldn't be hard to replace. Also, there's a 99% chance it will only be in G3 size (DVD size). Judging by the picture, the exterior looks exactly like the French edition. It kinda made me sad to think we had a complete exclusive that nobody else has down here only to be shot down like a wounded horse.
