Just thought I mention that Amazon does not charge you until dispatch and back in June I believe the exchange rate was at its' lowest in the year of 0.58 (USD to GBP) and now it is rising and currently at 0.64

so for comparison I think The Order Premium was I believe approximately $200 altogether

June 2014 - 200 * 0.58 = £116
Nov 2014 - 200 * 0.64 = £128

Just thought I let you know so there won't be any surprises, if your pre-ordering offshore I recommend signing up for something like a Halifax Clarity Credit Card - there is no charge to offshore transaction which most other banks tag on a 3% charge or something so you will just be charged at exchange rate value
