That's not too hard is it? We don't know how much in stock there are, so perhaps if I send mine back and get a refund, suddenly the signed Elizabeth Noir is out of stock. What then? I can't get them anymore because those guys didn't replace the product I actually payed for? Really bad way of working imo...
