I don't have any extras on pre-order, but Amazon's haven't gone live yet. If you're not able to follow social media and not sitting there pressing F5, its not likely that you'll be able to pre-order these in NA. Unfortunately that's just the way it is.
I posted a mini little tutorial in the amiibo discussion thread here that might help you with some of the "hands-off" tracking options. If you don't use twitter, just create a throw-away account. Only other option is extreme luck or paying someone else for THEIR diligence in getting them. If I get any extras though, I'll let you know!
