HELP! Here's the problem. I ordered the Dragon Age Four of Coins and Strength Giclee. Arrived damaged. They sent replacements. Arrived damaged AGAIN. Someone just "Threw" two rolled up art pieces in a 37 inch tube without any parchment paper and they got all banged up. I sent a support ticket and they claimed it was a "duplicate ticket." I sent Another ticket and here's the response.

"I am so sorry for that damage. I looked further into this and our warehouse sent this out to you. Unfortunately sometimes art prints get sent back to us, but they are sent to the warehouse as that is the address on the tubes. They will then put these back in stock and ship them back out, though we have told them not to. Unfortunately we do not have any replacements to send you for these prints. So you have been refunded for your order and you should see the refund back over the next few days. I am so sorry about this and should you have any other questions, let me know.

I DO NOT WANT THE MONEY. I WANT THE ART. Previously, Ive ripped up the damaged art to speed up the process. And I am fuming upset. What do I do? I have been waiting forever to get this resolved and I feel all Im left with is them . And this being me .

Ive only added 2 pictures since the damage is the same. Bent, ripped, creased everywhere but these pictures close up show it clearest.
