Rainbow Six Siege CE info?

So I'm a little confused on the Collector's Edition of Rainbow Six Siege from the Uplay Store. Is this an actual CE box or just the normal game shipped with the extra stuff like a lot of CE has been doing now? It doesn't say anything about getting an actual CE box like the other Uplay CE, like AC and The Division. Anyone have any info on this? Or is this just gonna be like Dragon Age Inquisition CE where they ship you a box with the extra goodies and the game just comes outside the box, which to me doesn't qualify as a true CE. Also, why on earth are they giving the steelbook to the PC version which says is a "download" only?
