GAME.co.uk, Gamestation.co.uk and Gameplay.co.uk are all the same company and as such have the same restriction on weight for international delivery. It is exclusive to this group in the UK.

Does anyone bought a Steam game from the USA and activated it an EU account? Any problem?

Usually if the game has been released in your own region then there should be no issues, however certain games will be region locked. Will Skyrim will one of them, that I don't know. The best option to ask via Steam Twitter feed or contact them direct.
