Talking I highly recommend "yamato-touch.com"

..just wanted to share some feedback,..i just started collecting video games this year, and was interested in importing a handful of japanese PAL titles, i live in USA by the way...i first placed orders with "play-asia" and during check out requested them to securely package contents as the gamebox condition is very important,..it fell on deaf ears and when i received my collectors box, it had one damaged corner due to shipped, they put a single layer of bubblewrap in a tight box, it treated my collectors edition as an ordinary copy,..so i thought i would risk this other company i knew very little of.."yamato-touch"..for my next 2 PAL JAPAN collectors purchases, i bought 2 out of print items..i was worried during transet they would get beat up or worse, there would be plenty of shelfware,..diminishing collector value at least to me,..nothing in life is perfect..but BOTH COLLECTORS EDITIONS ARRIVED IN HIGH GRADE NM CONDITION...i am satisfied with this company..my first purchase and i will continue to be loyal to them, they shipped each game piece in 3-4 layers of bubble wrap etc,..now i DID WRITE 2 E-MAILS REQUESTING "SPECIAL TREATMENT" DURING SHIPPING, BUT UNLIKE THE OTHER COMPANY, THIS ONE LISTENED, and to me it showed THEY REALLY DID CARE AND "CHERRY PICK" FOR ME,...maybe it's just a coincedence, and i won't be so lucky on the next order, but for the first time, i received 2 imports in as close to perfect as humanely possible on the retail level..just letting everybody know theres better options then play asia. lol..i almost forgot the best part was the FREE PACKS OF JAPANESE CANDY IN THE BOX HAHAHAHAHAHA along with a handful of fold out game posters in japanese.
