Yea I was pretty concerned about the pose as well so I have been talking to a friend in Pure Arts and here's what they had to say..

"You are right when you mention that this pose is unique that is why we really like this concept! The feet are connected to the wall using rigid metal pins and the feet have been solidified to stay at the same angle forever. The angle itself between the wall/feet has been designed to make us feel like it is falling down for real!
We have took all the necessary precautions to avoid any king of leaning (including putting additional weight at the base) but, because it has never been done before, we cannot be sure that it will not start to lean after several months. We can expect a slight 1-2mm after 1-2 years of exposure which is inevitable but should not alter the beauty of the design itself."
