Square Enix (NA) sent out a email to everyone who ordered more than 2 Ultimate Collector Editions. They are giving those users first dibs at fixing their orders down to the minimum of 2 per person. I just fixed my order

This may be good for people like us that are helping each other get a copy. But scalpers can still abuse this system...
