[PS1] Street Fighter EX Plus ? Taru Tokubetsuban NFR

Hi All,

I couldn't find any info on this particular version of Street Fighter, so I thought I would try to learn more about it here

I came across a special edition of SF for the PS1, called - Street Fighter EX Plus ? Taru Tokubetsuban. From what I could understand - this was a Not For Resale Edition given by Jap Magazine Famitsu as part of a competition prize. I also understood that this version is different than retail and arcade in features it contains.

No info what so ever about this version. Seems to be pretty rare. Can anyone shade a light on this version?
