yes you right there is a special edition which looks like the same but without the bag and promo disc. I got my copy from a guy who sold several press kits. The bag have the uncharted 3 initial, the booklet fits perfectly in the bag and it contains a ps3 promo disc. Perhaps the special edition was also used as press kit? as you can see here:
