With his last Days Gone sale, Merch decided to be as irresponsible as he could. We made a deal and I bought 3 influencers kits, 3 regular ones and 3 merch packs (bear, lanyard, cap, steelbook etc). Now he is saying that merch packs were a gift and refuses to refund me for this. What should I do?
