Halo 2 G1 steelbooks?

So obviously these were made before steelbook was a company but should they be included?

From right to left
Limited collectors edition NA
Limited collectors edition (with Halo 2 above Limited Edition logo) JP
Limited collectors edition demo (with RP ESRB) NA
Limited collectors edition UK ??
Limited collectors edition ES
