It's not long, the original was about 20 pages of the text itself, though for English characters it may be even less.
And yes, it's of course going to be in English, in English versions of the pack.
And I'm not sure, but knowing the whole episode 0 was fantranslated very fast, this one may be somewhere online already as well.

Yeah, yeah, I'm sure there will be people selling the English pack on ebay, but the €8 price tag is so tempting..
