The Blue Pre-order pack from Japan is called "Elements of the Last Story".
It is a separate Bonus for pre-ordering the game. It includes a Soundtrack CD with 7 select tracks from the Original 42 song soundtrack. Also included is a mini artbook. It is square and about the size of a double CD Jewel case.
