@Lemur I've read about your horrid experience before and can't comprehend of why it's happened to an individual consecutively on each attempt!? I haven't had any major problems with Zavvi myself except for some orders taking longer than 3 weeks to arrive, but I've never "lost" any orders either. The Yodel-gate is intimidating me, I just hope they're using a different courier for international shipping.
Zavvi should at least give their customers the option to choose a paid shipping service that'll guarantee express delivery and no damage to the items!

It's not just me. It's everyone over here in Singapore. Zavvi uses a courier called MHI in UK which then passes it to another courier called WMG who then pass it to the local post office. Seeing how all other packages delivered by our local post mostly arrives safely, it's either MHI or WMG staff who are stealing the packages.
I'd rather pay for shipping than have them use some bullshit cheap couriers who probably make up for their dirt cheap rates by stealing and selling off our packages.
