In a nutshell:

a) You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item.

b) You can return the item if the item is damaged

c) They will refund you the the shipping costs you had to pay when sending them the damaged item back

d) You can request a refund or replacement, please choose replacement. Repeat until delivered in good condition.

This way I would like to ask every single person who received a damaged item and still didn't open it to return it and request a replacement. Use the same flimsy "box". I don't know how about you but I am in no mood to let them shit on our heads like this. Let's see how they will love handling all these replacements.

There are like hundreds of posts on other forums about the same situation, so please re-post this message on your favorite forum; people should know and follow their rights.
