This comes a bit late, but lets give credit to those CEs released in 2011 that stood out.

5. Best Included item (excludes peripherals)

8. Highest Quality Packaging
9. Best CE Strategy Guide
10. Best CE Hardware Bundle (any hardware, not just consoles)

Once all the votes have been collected (undetermined time right now) a small panel of judges will consider the elected games and determine the winners.
