My best bet is after FF13-3 comes out they will release a full FF13 collection and then move forward to FF versus 13, FF versus 13-2 FF versus 13-3 then a FF13 versus collection. 10 years later there will be the Fabula Nova Crystalis Complete Edition which includes a HD+ remastered Type-0, HD+ remastered FF13 series, HD+ remastered FF versus 13 series.

And it's probably fake. It doesn't seem legit at all just by the looks and there are no logos in the picture etc. Only those red letters saying "Marker", what's that in first place? The fan who made it?
