That was a very long time ago (early 70's).

Most of the items i buy have been searched for & brought cheap from Shops & internet hence why i kept some of the prices on the boxes etc.
Always on the hunt.

Now i am a daddy to 2 young children, cut out the drink to next to nothing, no longer smoke (was up to 40 a day in the past) i do not drive (can work from home if i wished/need to).

So instead of say £60+ on a good night out, have started to look at Games etc to collect (some like fine wine will go up in value).

+ the interest rate in the UK is pooh so no point saving (doing my bit ha ha by moving cash around).

Sorry to be a bore but that's how i do it
