I have the collector's edition and it came with just the case in addition to the box and everything else, so yeah, just the case. Mine got stepped on.
As far as steelbooks for sale or trade I only have a few. Perfect Dark Zero and AC3 preorder books. Like I said though, I'm really only looking to trade for stuff at the moment. I'll keep in mind what you've got in hand.
