I would love this, but 250Euro without the game is a little steep. + 60 Euro p&p... >.< How heavy is it!?

I was looking at getting one the other week on a trade, but the guy backed out because shipping was too expensive! >.< Now I see... I would love it, but 300 euro is way too much! Also, the Codex... Is there anything in there or is it blank pages!? I assume it's blank pages... o.0 It's really pissing me off not knowing...
