I went with shipito.com. I have heard good things about them, good selection of shipping options and always keep you up-to-date.

Incidentally when preordering at Amazon, I entered the send to address in (CA address), they gave me some alternative address as the system didn't think I entered it right. I stuck with the original as I want to make sure it arrives.
