Both disc hold the same Japanese language spoken games. Japanese 'region' indicated games are always more expensive incomparable to other regions, and you'll find Japanese CE/LE are astronomically more expensive compared to PAL/US NTSC/Asia region editions of the same standard/CE/LE [when applicable].

Ah I see, sorry! I would have expected the LE version to be the Japanese region game... Wierd!
