It was a Square Enix's member Platnium prize the NA/JP got let me see if I can link some ebay one as they're a bit hard to come by and the JP one goes for 12500 yen+ usually =S.

Only one I can find on ebay but it comes with a bunch of other pre-order goodies/other tier Square Enix prizes as well. Beware though the packaging the NA's was very crappily made and may arrive all torn up like mine :\
