Hi, this is how the F.E.A.R. press kit looks like, on the left is the slip cover, the press kit is on the right.
 After opening it, inside you find in the middle a small artbook.  A picture of a artbook page:  Under the artbook is a DVD with the demo version of the game, screenshots, trailers and other promotional stuff. The back looks like this:
