What games did you get this holiday season?

Yeah, I'm sure I've seen a couple without marks, but most I've seen have had them (they're never identical though, I don't think). So I think if it is intentional (to look like rainmarks) then it may be like the GOW PK where the red paint is unique to each one).

At first I thought they looked like grease marks or something, but after seeing multiple copies with similar markings, I'm leaning more towards it being "rain" marks xx
