Indeed I think I'd rather have the Ellie edition.

Also does anyone know what the case for the game in these editions is like? it doesn't look like a normal plastic case nor does it look like a Steelbook.

Canvas wrap, similar to the farcry 3 insane edition I guess and the game as a digipack.

Yeah I knew about the canvas wrap, thanks for the info on it being a Digipak.

Honestly it wouldn't annoy me as much if they were just honest about it from the get go

All they have to say is TLOU Pandemic edition is exclusive to Gamestop in the US

The statue is exclusive to the Pandemic Edition in the US

I just dislike people being dishonest so that we pre-order more

Granted I have no idea if ND knew this was going to happen when the pandemic edition was first announced but it seems like bad oversight regardless
