They published on their site that the Outlaw Edition is expected to be in stock on Wednesday, 20. July.
It was delayed because of delivering problems from Ubisoft. The PC Version of the Game is delayed until September 15th. (Standard & Outlaw)

This is what they posted on Facebook! It says, that Ubisoft told them, that they will receive the shipment tomorrow(thursday)!

I got an email, that my Outlaw Edition was dispatched this morning!
I got a tracking number, but it isn´t in the system at the moment!
