It certainly seems like the best scenario so that you don't have to pay return shipping but it's still got to hurt to destroy beautiful VG lithos like that even if they are damaged

The damage is due to how tight they were rolled, which makes no sense since they shipped them in 4 inch tubes and had plenty of room. I just my hope my TR giclee's are shipped flat.

I hope to God they don't ship the TR gicless flat. Rolled would be better, so long as Treehouse staff carefully roll and carefully pack them. Since the warehouse people are not touching the giclees, I have faith that the Treehouse office people will roll them correctly.
Packing them flat comes with its own set of problems. Best to avoid them altogether. If they pack them properly, then flat would be fine; but the problem with this is that properly packing them flat would require a lot of resources and a lot of time; which I'm sure they would not bother doing. |

Just to add got mine today and the Skyrim Lith has very small creases over large parts of the print - not happy and sent Treehouse an email!
