No non-US orders have shipped yet. We had a paperwork issue with getting some kind of export license that was necessary for the way we wanted to do this initially. We think it was a mistake on their end, so we're appealing, but that's apparently a week or more to get handled....

We had been waiting for labels before packing the tubes, but we've gotten most of the orders done in advance now, and will finish them today.

I've been told the new plan (so everyone isn't waiting even longer) is to get the packed tubes rounded up and have them driven to the closest arm of our fulfillment company. So they'll get the tubes and will post them, but they'll still have been packed by us.

This is an evolving plan (yesterday it was something else), so details are subject to change, but the TL;DR is:

* We haven't been able to ship any international orders yet (sorry!)
* All the orders will still be packed by us, so aside from tube-crushing shipping incidents, your art should be in nice condition
* We're exploring different options to get them to you as soon as we can, so details may change, but only because we want to get them out yesterday....

Also, don't worry about getting hosed on numbers. They didn't get packed in numerical order, and I made sure to save some low numbers for you guys.

Ryan, I suppose my shipping mail was a mistake then (to Greece)?

It says that the Sam Spratt Tomb Raider Giclee has been shipped via XPO (at 20/04) as usuall and it contains a tracking number which It doesnt have a format I have seen in the past.

Anyhow, thanx for the heads up!

Yeah, when we printed the label the order was getting marked as shipped. Even for the US orders, people were getting their notices at least a day earlier than we were actually able to get the things in the mail.

Talked to Steph and she said you must have been one of the very first international labels printed. They've been canceled now, so your tube will be in the batches that go out very soon, however they end up going out.... Sorry for the false alarm.

We're trying to work this out, but it's complicated. The current plan involves XPO and MSI, so tracking info would be unavailable, but I'll at least post here when I know they're going out. We're pushing hard to have them picked up today because it's been way too long since you guys purchased these....

Its ok, it would be great to post here at least when they actually ship.

Also, just keep in mind that XPO works always great with most international customers (basically you should avoid by any circumstances any company like DHL, FEDEX or UPS because they ask outrageous handling fees in many countries, they ask more than the item itself!!! - basically continue using the services you currently use).
