Mightyape have it lowly, add it to your existing order and the shipping should be the same. It works out at 15 gbp

Dont worry
Its not possible to get every achievement on initiates, so there's no point in trying
One was specificly given out to a few people who talked abin one thread for one hour on one day in December last year

you could try foregames.nl, this store is in the netherlands... that store is pretty good! everytime a CE was sold out, i could get one from foregames.nl

im not sure if they ship to singapore, but just ask them =)
