All I know is that Gamestop and Amazon will just get the samurai set as a pre-order bonus and not the Steelbook.

And for sure Game will not be selling spare steals without game...they have never done that...

I don't understand. Does GAME.CO.UK ship to EU countries with bonuses or not? I can preorder it, but I see on the page that bonus offer is for UK only.
