apparently for the NTSC US version the full color manual over 50 pages is ONLY in the collectors edition, if you buy the standard game, according to on-line bloggers there is NO manual at all.

EU get 2 discs vs US 4 discs.

Even on digital does EU get a worse deal than US

Crazy, I've played tales of phantasia, tales of destiny, tales of destiny 2(tales of eternia), tales of legendia (which i think was horrible), tales of vesperia, and xillia but I've never played these two so I think i'll be opening mine
