It hasn't arrived yet... Postal office can be very inefficient sometime... I should arrive in another week or two. Will definitely post another update when it arrives!

I got only the faceplate. Asked a friend to get it for me from Japan. Cost ~$70

Btw I'm not rich enough to purchase a PS4 every time I want to get a faceplate from Japan lol

It's not so easy to find. As far as I know Japanese like to use the stuff they bought, not sell them...
