Hmmm... looks like a pretty neat CE actually. Not sure why its getting so much hate other than price point. I don't collect this series at all, but the lockpick kit is pretty nice. Wonder if more companies are going to be doing a "more expensive" CE now that Titanfall broke the mold? $110 for the "extras" vs. the game though - not sure that that'd be worth it...

This CE is going to be really limited guys. I know from working at EB Games that there are only going to be 2 sold in the entire system across Canada alone (one of which I bought!) I'm not sure what the overall numbers of this CE will be but it's going to be limited!

EDIT:
This is a confirmed EB/Gamestop exclusive. Each store is getting a limited stock. The maximum I've heard is that some stores are getting 2 across all platforms per store. Most other stores are getting only 1 for pre-order availability.

The only reason I pre-ordered this is because it looks nice. Plus I really like that steel book and I agree these will be very limited.

The devs responded via twitter that the supply would be extremely limited but no number was given. I am not sure what extremely limited means for EA though, but I am guessing between 1-5000? Alas it may be a lot more. I am unsure. The CE isn't completely solidified so they may be waiting on demand to announce.

Yeah well Square Enix also said the X/X-2 HD CE would be "extremely limited" But that thing is STILL available and has NEVER sold out so,....

I rarely trust the words "extremely limited" anymore. Unless they reveal a set amount I've come to think "extremely limited" it's just a ploy to drive sales.

If anything it might be limited just because not that many people order it to begin with.

Yeah, that's something I was actually thinking of saying that I was finding odd is that for all the talk of how limited it is and already selling out in places, unless there's some kind of mistake with their site not updating, Gamestop.co.uk still have it as available for all platforms.
