Even tho theres 12300 made. Theres only a few thousand for each region. Ive seen plenty unboxings, and with that each region has different slight variations. The UK has the european plug. America has our 3 prong...you get the picture. My point is that lets say 4000 each region. 4k for americas, 4k for europe, and 4k for japan. It makes it actually more limited per region. Soo in actuallity, theres only 4100 of these floating around depending where youre from

if the ONLY difference is just the plug,..anyone could buy the accessory and swap it out..

...it's not that easy, you'll run into voltage issues (need external adapter). you'll also have to swap the disc drive out since PAL DVD and Bluray movies are still region locked.
