How is it germany with text on the game?
Will it be german text on the back of the cover? Or will it be multi, with english, german, spanish and something? :p

Standard Editions always have German texts on the cover. With Special Edition like this its sometimes different. For example the Bayonetta 2 First Print Edition was an overall EU release with English on the cover.

Unfortunately I don't know how they will handle it with this edition.

Probably like the Smash Bros. Amiibo Edition with Multi5 text on the cover.

Most special or limited editions from Nintendo in europe are like that.
