Game UK does not ship orders outside of the UK over 1000g which I found out when I had AC4 CE on preorder there.
It still says it here under the "International Delivery Times & Costs" section.

Well since they accepted the order I expect to receive it...

[edit]: i better check with them. If this does hold up, can I get some help from one of our UK pals shipping it to Denmark for me?

Game.co.uk will accepte the order but cancels that before sending it out if item is more than 1kg...

Just to let you know that exactly how you predicted all of my orders have been just cancelled by GAME giving no reason.

I had individual orders for 3 Claptrap editions and all were cancelled at once.

Good thing I did not cancel my orders on Amazon.

Well, I know of weight limitations outside the UK but my recent order delivered contained 1x standard PS3 game, 1x Halo: Master Chief Collection Limited Edition and 1x Watch Dogs Vigilante Edition. It was delivered in one package, unusual big for GAME and I assume that weight was over 1kg (not sure though).

Anyway, I still could ask for help someone from UK, but the question is whether or not they will have enough stock to cover my orders.

Yeah had sold out orders canceled by game before shipping. I think they weigh them when packing?

I've had orders where they just pulled out the last thing I ordered because it tipped the parcel over 1kg, and sent the rest. Very unprofessional.

Good thing I found out now, I hope I can get a workaround going in due time.

For what it's worth, I'm actually *in* the UK and they still sometimes cancel orders at the last minute for no reason, normally with a nonsense excuse, and usually by the time it's out of stock in other places and only the scalping scum on eBay seem to have it.

It's probably the main reason I've stopped preordering from them tbh.
I know some folk say they always sucked but they were always fantastic with me until a year or two ago, probably about the time they almost went bust actually thinking of it, but since then I don't trust them with any preorders and so I only order if it's unavoidable, such as they have something exclusive.
Now almost all my preorders are from Amazon. (Only other main exception I can think of are UbiShop for AC, but again, it's exclusivity that forces you into that.)

haha, that happened to me recently. Ordered a handful of stuff. Order was shipped. Got a notification for a refund. "I wondered, what's the refund for??"
I actually had to do my own investigating because the refund email didn't state what item it was for (even though I had a hunch on what it could have been), so I actually went onto a 'live chat' with Game.

They'd told me what it was for, which tipped the scale over 1kg.

But the thing is, when they send you a shipping notification, they state every single item you order. Obviously, the omitted/refunded item wasn't shipped with the rest of the package.

This hasn't actually changed from many years ago. Whenever I pre-order an CE over 1kg, they would cancel it on the day of release and never send you an email regarding it. You would have to check your account instead, and then ask why it was cancelled?! I personally found this a little unprofessional of them.
