Unfortunately the CE's aren't being made for the PC, they're only available for XB1 & PS4.

I would like everyone's opinion on which of these would hold some of their value or which you all would think is better? I want both of them but I'm thinking about getting just one and getting the other when the price goes down. It would help me decide based on what you all say. Thanks ^_~

If you can still find the Coarse CE, get that first, it's most likely to hold it's value. The regular CE I think is better value for money (better contents) but you should still be able to get them after release.
