I didn't think they would have asked for a deposit but I just thought that may have a bit to do with the cancellations.
In Australia two retailers offered it, one for $900 AUD and the other for $800. I got mine at the cheaper price, but had to pay for half up front to secure it as they only had a very small amount of stock - 20 or so.

If you had it shipped directly to you, I suggest you to change the shipping address to some member here from EU so they won't cancel your order because of the address
My preorder is through Amazon.de. I have bought games in the past from them and had no issue with their Global Priority shipping sending to the US, but I don't think I have ever bought anything as big/heavy as this is supposed to be.

That would of made a lot of sense for keeping track of the orders, but I suppose they are just going to let the retailers hang people out to dry since somebody in distribution can't count.

Biggest box ever!? That seems even bigger than the Titanfall CE. At least 34 trees went into making that box.

It definitely won't get lost on the shelf - if you can find a shelf for it.

Damn!
To be honest: I have feared they would just ship the collector's edition together with the Lord of Cinder statue in a separate box.

This is just awesome!
