I added a Steelbox Edition which is exclusive to Italy.
I don't have much information but here is a shop still selling this Edition.

Edit: ah btw, I corrected the Outbrake Edition entry because the outerbox shows the word Outbrake Edition so I changed your (Special Edition), Twisted
