No difference. The PC version is 99,99 EUR, the XBOX version is 119,99 EUR. However, the PC version might not come with a disc.

at 89.99 USD, it is only 30 USD more than a standard new release game

I dont know about Canada, but compared with USA or taxes are crazy high
