Interest check: Metal Gear Solid HD Collection CE (X360) individual items

Just curious as to whether anybody would be looking to buy the individual items that make up the Zavvi exclusive Metal Gear Solid HD Collection CE, minus the outer box? X360 version

All items would be brand new and straight from a freshly opened sealed package, but the outer box is in such a bad shape that it's fit for the garbage!


Items include:

Metal Gear Solid HD Collection (UK PAL X360) - Factory sealed
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection SteelBook (G1 size)
Metal Gear Artwork Book
Metal Gear T-Shirt - Sealed inside packet


Ideally looking for buyers for the SteelBook, Artwork Book, and T-Shirt to try and re-coup the majority of my costs. I would like to keep the game, but may be persuaded to sell the game + SteelBook together as one entity if a reasonable price is offered

I am also as yet unsure whether the SteelBook is a StickerBook or not, and won't know until I unseal the package. Obviously I'm reluctant to unseal anything until I've secured enough parties interested in buying these individual items. I accept that no collector would want to buy the sealed set in the condition it is currently in, and I would be interested to see whether there is enough demand for these separate items

Ok, well that's a start! I'm pretty confident that I could easily shift the SteelBook even if it were soiled with elephant dung, but I'm more concerned about finding interested parties for the T-Shirt and Artwork Book. If I can find anyone interested in those two items, then I would be open to any reasonable offers from anyone who wants them.

Not too sure what people would be willing to pay for the items individually, although I have a rough idea of how to break them down in order to re-coup my initial cost.


Keep the comments coming guys. It's all very useful information, and helpful to anyone else who's also stuck with a damaged copy of this CE looking to split!

you can be safe opening stuff up;

artbook sells for $40 easily; game and steelbok is no problem to sell; and you have a buyer for the t-shirt already

I'm hoping to find private buyers here on the forum before having to resort to eBay to sell the Artwork Book.

@Biggav4000 - Also consider it a conditional yes. What kind of price would you be offering for the SteelBook alone (PM me). Do you have any sealed UK SteelBooks for either PS3 or X360? Would be interested in a trade if you have something I'm missing
