Well the one of one can with the art print and he had to make a design and then only use it once but a large amount of it is greed I reckon.

Madigan: the 1of1 are $1500 because one there is only one in the world with no artist proof, not him nor naughty dog has one. He just made that art design from the top of his head and put it for sale so there is no other one like it and also it comes with a 1of1 20*30 giclee art print with no artist proof as well. He also knows that he could mark it up any price he wants and it would sell. If not by me by someone else, and the ones that cost $50 have a bigger production line. The scarecrow blue is 100pcs, the naughty dog is 500pcs, and the og version there is no known production #for that one. He prices them by how limited they are. Usually the ones that are limited to 15pcs go for $250 and 5pcs go for $400 and the 3pcs goes for $500, and he also sees how the uncharted franchise is at the moment that everyone is spending crazy amout of money on anything that has to do with uncharted.

Like for good example, he has a figure on his website don't know the name of the figure right at this moment but it's limited to only 1of1 worldwide and is only for $500 and it has not sold yet. It all depends how popular and how high in demand the item is. I saw a couple of emails that he showed me of people that wanted the 1of1 drake figures and some of those individuals were from naughty dog. But since it's limited to only 1 he won't be able to produce anymore of them because he will have a lawsuit in his hands.

Yes but what madigan is saying is basically what you just said yourself, people are spending crazy money and its an in demand franchise....so he is of course just milking this to the max, how many more of these can he make? i don't know i just think its getting silly with these to be honest.

I am not taking anything the wrong way Madigan, I agree with you 300%. I think he is releasing too many of them, but the thing that sucks is that he has me lured in because I am the type of person that has to collect all the ones that gets released because if I don't then I don't see the point on even collecting one because my collection will be incomplete.

We're collectors I understand. When GAME cancelled my FFXIII-2 Crystal Edition I said fuck it, I'm not going to pay ebay prices for it, fuck this, the other CEs, the pre-order steelbook, CE Guide and fuck the game lol.

You're his biggest buyer, he knows that, and he knows that behind you there are several guys wanting the same and willing to pay a lot for those figures. : /

Yeah he knows I am his biggest buyer, I have spent $4100 on his figures already. But he knows if I don't buy them someone else will. I blame all this on Jugolicious because he is the one to introduce me to these figures lol. It's like a drug.
