Halo 4 Limited Edition Announced

343 Industries unveiled a Limited Edition for the upcoming Halo 4 to be released in North America on November 6th at $100 USD.

While not explicitly confirmed it does look like it will include a SteelBook or similar case for the game, other physical goodies include a "UNSC Infinity Briefing Packet" which includes armor schematics ship blueprints and other information., Also included are "exclusive" bonus videos including making-of content, expanded character stories as well as a 90 live-action series "Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn".

Microsoft seems to be taking a page out of Activision's book for most of the content included are load of bonus DLC including access to "three future competitive multiplayer map packs... available post-launch" which seems quite similar to the bonus content included with the Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition.

No official word yet on a European variant though if past Microsoft rreleases are any indication they will be nearly identical to the North American release.

So with the exception of Briefing Packet and the schematics, everything else is DLC and likely not even on the disc either.

If that is the case, No need to bring to Euro.

Me neither really... Will probably still go for it as we'd be getting the game anyway, but I was really looking forward to a nice Legendary edition again

Gutted that it's just gonna be this or nothing really xx
